**This is a 100% Remote job.**

**Responsibilities**
- Help with stakeholder interviews to identify critical success criteria for a venture or goal.
- Recognize and record noteworthy trends from user research and UX, UI, or wireframe audit findings.
- Based on the findings, give the client or internal team recommendations.
- Arrange opportunities into maps or matrices that are appealing to the eye.
- Design detailed sitemaps, wireframes for systems, and process flow for expansive solutions.
- Create thorough, annotated wireframes that show all of the components on distinct screen types, including the content, functionality, navigation, and interaction requirements.
- Show clients and internal stakeholders concepts and deliverables.
- Coordinates and manages different work streams or projects.
- In charge of task flow, behavior, interaction design, and navigation design
- Exhibits the knowledge of information architecture and interaction design required to support client work.
- Desktop, tablet, and mobile device ideas, sketches, and prototypes.
- Establishes a UX, UI, or wireframe strategy, creates customer scenarios, does journey mapping, and works with others to construct personas.
- Works in partnership with clients, consumer insights, analytics/data science, and clients to use data and consumer insights to UX, UI, or wireframe design decisions and to establish UX, UI, or wireframe success measures & KPIs.
- Participate in cross-disciplinary ideation and client co-creation sessions actively.
- Explain the approach's justification in terms of both user and corporate needs.
- Establish procedures and products that adhere to the needs and restrictions of the project.
- Contribute to the establishment of scalable frameworks and guidelines for user experience, such as product illustrations, style manuals, rules for composing user experiences, and documentation of our design system and standards.

**Minimal prerequisites**
- 3+ years of experience working on complicated software projects with small to medium-sized teams, whether they were transactional or enterprise experiences.
- Capable of directing and facilitating design sessions with groups of people and clients.
- Be conversant with estimating and scoping UX, UI, and wireframe work.
- A strong portfolio that exhibits a user-centered design approach and process, organized thinking, emotive storytelling, and design solutions based on user and business insights.

**Desirable qualifications**
- Possess a problem-solving approach and the capacity to build consensus from a range of viewpoints.
- At least six months of experience developing design systems, apps, web, etc.
- Prior experience required.

Pay: R$35.00 - R$45.00 per hour
