Responsabilities:

- Twice a year prepare the annual material planning to define optimum delivery schedule which consider inventory optimization, cargo consolidation, optimum shipment lot and volume allocated to the supplier aiming to eliminate wastes and reduce the variability in the supply chain execute purchase of confidential and non-confidential goods and package for the Americas and assure compliance with E2E supply process. (213 days a year, 75%).

Update Info records and source List in SAP Create PO from Americas and Contracts in SAP Negotiate deliveries with suppliers Formalize complaints with vendors Provide forecast to suppliers Follow up on PO till be delivered at the plant Return to vendor negotiation Supplier development and negotiation Resolve discrepancies in price, terms and contract conditions with suppliers Complaints follow up
- Provide information for Monthly S&OP meeting with key suppliers on forecast information and daily issues.
- Keep Service Effectiveness indicators up to date and report mains wastes during the daily performance management meeting
- Actively participate on team meeting providing feedback for continuous improvement (6,5 days a year, 2,29%).
- Weekly execute exception message and MRP (material requirement planning), place purchase order and follow up them with suppliers to assure inventory level defined and to assure compliance with E2E Supply process).
- Attend a weekly Inventory meeting to evaluate any opportunities on inventory targets compliance and reduction (4,5 days a year, 1,58%).
- Weekly execute the Lots Shelf Life evaluation and define action to avoid material white-off
- Actively participate on Monthly team meeting providing feedback for continuous improvement.

**Financial/Job Scope**:
200-300 Stock key unit (SKU) managed

Internal: Managers and administrative staff,

External: Links, Material Managers, Customer Service Reps and administrative staff), suppliers (senior management, sales and operations representatives, key stakeholders within the System, procurement teams (Corporate Purchasing, Global Procurements & Trading, Global Logistics Team).

**Related Job **Requirements/Qualifications**:

- 2 to 3 years Procurement and Planning experience

Decision on planning parameters can impact on operating capital.
