**As a Cognyter you will contribute with**:
**Recruitment & Employer Branding**:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and support function roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and market insights
- Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing the company’s culture, values, and opportunities
- Be the Main point of contact for implementation of all employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives agreed with the global teams
**Stakeholder Experience & Corporate Social Responsibility**:
- Manage the site communities and organizing events with the support of the community leaders
- Build strong business partnerships with employees and managers by providing consultancy on people related matters
- Participate in business related projects in collaboration with cross functional teams to align on business strategy
- ** Build strong partnerships with the global people** team to effectively collaborate in a matrix organization
**Learning & Development**:
- Oversee **learning programs, internship, tuition, internal communication and career initiatives**:
- Be the point of contact for implementing all global L&D initiatives locally in the site
- Own Onboarding and offboarding processes, supporting employees’ lifecycle during their career journey in the company
- Promote internal initiatives to improve engagement level on site
**Requirements**:
**For that mission you'll need**:
- To establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders
- The ability to handle multiple priorities with proper planning and organization skills, working independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to details
- Good analytical skills and experience in using data to identify problems and implement solutions
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Administration, Communication, Psychology or related field
- At least 5 years of experience working in the HR domain
- To be a strong HR Professional with experience in Talent Acquisition, L&D, internal communications and employee relations
- Experience working with HR in the IT field
- Advanced English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
