We are looking for a Project Management Specialist to join our team.

Based in Vila Velha /ES, Brazil, reporting to Project Management Manager. You will be responsible for Managing SURF Projects, in accordance with established policies, guidelines, strategies and legislation. PM should deal and lead multidisciplinary teams and is responsible for overseeing the execution and margin and deadlines of projects, organizing the demands of the various departments, reporting the status of each project to the respective client (internal and external) and immediate Leadership. In addition to keep a communication channel with all parties involved.

You will focus on the following activities:
1. Create the structured project planning in accordance with Prysmian's guidelines and customer requirements. Control deadlines and costs. Act proactively and take corrective actions when necessary to ensure that project milestones will be accomplished accordingly.

2. Control project execution providing communication between internal and external clients. Perform project risk analysis and risk tracking during execution;
3. Take part on negotiation and optimization of projects to reduce costs and increase expected margins. Mediate meetings with clients for technical and commercial discussions;
4. Prepare evaluation and monitoring reports of the project status, cost control, margin and deadlines. Provide means and support to ensure that the project will meet quality criteria and are in accordance with established standards.

5. Work on improvement and implementation of internal tools to control project execution. Implement lessons learned in past projects to avoid the same problems in future projects.

- Graduated in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Oil & Gas, Production/Manufacturing) ;
- Advanced English.
- PMP/PMI certificate is considered a plus
- Good communication skills;
- Have initiative to improve and mitigate risks;
- Be focused on results;
- Excellent interpersonal relationship;
- Teamwork attitude;
- Hands-on attitude;
