Title and Summary

Data Governance Manager, People Analytics

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive data governance framework for people analytics, including policies, procedures, and standards.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security by establishing and enforcing data quality standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business units, to define data requirements and ensure data consistency across systems.
- Lead data governance initiatives, including data cataloging, access model and standards.
- Provide guidance and support to data stewards and data owners in the implementation of data governance practices.
- Drive data literacy and promote a data-driven culture within the organization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Psychology, Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in data governance, data management, or a related role, preferably within the HR or people analytics domain.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles, frameworks, and best practices.
- Proficiency in data management tools and technologies, such as SQL, and data governance platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with ambiguity and independence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with HR systems and data, such as Workday, SAP, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements, such as GDPR and CCPA.
