**What You’ll Do for Us**
- Design game-changing interactions among the team and other stakeholders and areas to develop substantial Channel Strategies and guidelines for the OU that are deeply rooted in shopper and channel insights, to drive effective plans by connecting seamlessly with relevant occasions in each channel and ultimately drive sustainable and accelerated growth for the System.
- Responsible for leading the development of the collaborative agendas with relevant participants alongside C&CL, Marketing, and Franchise areas to fulfill channel strategies.
- Enables adherence with the strategy of each channel through PICOS.
- Connect with Market Assets to incorporate equipment recommendations and innovation in PicoS design.
- Derive segmented execution plans and rules based on robust business cases, grounded in solid expectations of distribution, velocity and required support for successful execution (e.g. equipment requirements, salesforce training, etc.)
- Act as an extension of the main areas of C&CL to boost the strategies into channels and create value added programs with a digital perspective to increase our market footprint.
- Advance our long-term occasions development ensuring relevant innovation; inclusive of equipment strategies with edge and scale, leveraging Commercial Beverages Category Vision as well as commercial execution approaches (such as ICE, BINGO, PROSPERA, etc).

**Qualification & Requirements**
- 8+ years of leadership experience in Channel Strategy, RGM or Commercial planning and execution with strong skills in Segmentation, VTM, Innovation and Portfolio strategy. (Consultancy experience a plus).
- Proven Strategic and Analytical Skills as well as outstanding influencing skills.
- Ability to think from planning to execution and solid system commercial and brand management.- Languages: English and Spanish (required). Portuguese (Nice to have).
- Highly developed organizational and cross influencing skills are a must to positively impact our multi-functional system teams.
- To succeed, the role requires a strong combination of analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, strong Consumer
- and Customer understanding, as well as a hands-on mentality
- the ability to conceptualize plans.
- The role will be wired closely in a networked approach with Senior Leaders and Operators in the Operating Units, C&CL as well Marketing/ Categories, Platform Services, etc.
- Ability to drive cross-functional support and cross-system alignment, looking for support and collaboration to ensure that Channel & CET strategies are fully integrated in commercial plans.
