We are a dynamic, innovative, and fun team who is highly committed to our customers' experiences and our Mission and Vision. **The Role** Overhaul's technology gathers data globally from across the supply chain ecosystem to provide our customer real time security, visibility, risk management and protection services for all modes of cargo transport. Our platform is data source agnostic, leveraging a wide variety of available devices, IOT, telematics, logistic systems, etc. through direct and 3 party integrations. We are looking for a seasoned profession to help lead the product strategy for integrations. The role is Program Manager (Consultor de Riscos Bilíngue) reporting to Professional Services Manager. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for customer success management, partnering with internal team of Operation Management, Monitoring Center, Intel and Business Director. Your job will be mapping all process flow, analyze all data related to cargo risk management; to define and implement strategies for mitigate supply chain risks. **Responsibilities**: - Design KPI's and reporting that enable clear measurement against KPI's and actionable metrics. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define and scope features to be prioritized into product roadmap that balances customer and platform needs and engineering maturation. - Propose solutions for customers related to supply chain risk management - Ensure all compliance of procedures and process defined in PGR (Risk Management Program), insurance police and SOP (Standard of Work) for the customer. - Risk Assessment according to ISO 31000. - Train all stakeholders involved in the process/ operations, including employees, 3PLs, drives and carriers. **About you**: - Proven experience in cargo security industry or similar, managing team in the field - Bachelor's Degree - Ability to be an advocate for customer as the liaison between the teams, leadership and stakeholders. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese. - Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, schedule tradeoffs and opportunistic new ideas with technical and non-technical employees - High attention to detail including ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously - Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills - Ability to think strategically and execute methodically **Our culture** We are guided by our core values of Diversity and Synergy, Creativity, Problem Solving, Authenticity and Receptivity, Trust, Encouragement, Teaching and Learning, Wellness and Integrity.
