**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Solution Lifecycle**
- Responsible for definiing and delivering the roadmap for the WinfoTest solution.
- Manage the development team to continuously evolve product features and functionality.
- Contribute to product quality assurance strategies from conception to delivery.

**Testing-as-a-Service**

Oversee the entire testing process, ensuring rigorous quality standards.

Implement and manage **Selenium-based test automation frameworks**.

Ensure the integration of automation tools and techniques in the testing lifecycle.

**Team & People Management**

Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers and test automation specialists.

Manage performance, foster growth, and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Build a collaborative team culture aligned with organizational goals.

**Managerial & Strategic Exposure**

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and management, to ensure seamless product delivery.

Define test strategies and methodologies to align with business objectives.

Act as a key decision-maker in testing roadmaps and resource planning.

**Technical Proficiency in Oracle**

Leverage prior experience with Oracle technologies to guide database-related testing and automation efforts.

Provide insights into improving system reliability and performance.

**Good Communication Skills**

Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from team members to executive leadership.

Ensure clarity in test reports, quality metrics, and project timelines.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- ** Experience**: 15 to 20 years in QA Testing, Test Automation, and Team Management.
- ** Technical Expertise**: Hands-on experience with Selenium, Oracle Applications, and test automation tools.
- Proven track record in delivering high-quality testing in product development cycles.
- Strong background in managerial roles, with exposure to cross-functional collaboration.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in managing and growing teams of QA engineers.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- ISTQB
- Knowledge of agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Certifications in QA or automation testing tools.
- Experience with cloud-based testing platforms is a plus.
