You will be working with our team of engineers to design and build end-to-end products, which are designed to disrupt the online gambling market, focusing on automation and integration across multiple third-party platform but also in-house tech. We use the latest technologies in a micro-serviced oriented architecture and are 100% based on MS Azure.

As a Project Manager (Scrum Master) you will be an integral part of our journey towards achieving greater efficiency and delivering outstanding results.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor development teams on Agile principles, practices, and frameworks, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
- Work closely with Product Owners to refine and prioritise the backlog, ensuring that user stories are well-defined and ready for development.
- Remove obstacles and roadblocks that impede the team's progress, fostering a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Conducting big room planning events to improve collaboration and manage interdependencies across teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies and promote effective communication and coordination.
- Monitor and track team performance, providing transparent progress reports to stakeholders.
- Act as a servant leader, fostering a positive and empowered team environment that encourages ownership, creativity, and productivity.
- Continuously seek opportunities to optimise and refine Agile processes, promoting innovation and agility within the organisation.

**Knowledge and skills**:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager (Scrum Master), successfully guiding development teams in Agile methodologies.
- Overall 5 years’ experience in IT Industry including 2 years’ experience in Project Management
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks, with the ability to tailor approaches based on team needs.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to encourage collaboration and foster a culture of open communication.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships with team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
- A passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and Agile best practices
- Excellent communication skills

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications
