**The Role**:
**What You’ll Do - Be the vital piece of the puzzle that connects us to the millions of businesses that need our help to evolve.**:
Activities in Development or Implementation or Managed Service activity streams as a Principal Technical Consultant. Your responsibilities include:

- Lead or participate as a Senior Technical team member in Development or Implementation or Managed Service activity streams such as Migration, Testing support and coordination with other Oracle teams at client locations or offshore teams for various activities.
- Develop programs as per specifications/requirements given by oracle/customer within planned schedule. The person must use defined standards/tools/processes to achieve result that meet quality expectations of oracle/client.
- Assist with analysis, design and implementation of solutions for various business requirements.
- Document all work in accordance with agreed standards/processes applicable for oracle/customer.
- Coordinate with offshore team for various technical work including customizations and support teams for patches, fixes.
- Accomplish to defined Change Control Process of oracle/customer. Align with oracle/customer audit/compliance requirements.
- Ensure quality code delivery.
- Perform accurate handover/knowledge transfer at end of each assignment.
- Timely status reporting to your supervisor.
- Timely submission of timesheets for Oracle/customers

**Required Skills/Experience**:
**Primary Skills**
- You possess experience in end-to-end Development and / or Implementation and / or Support activities covering expertise areas such as design of customizations, Coding and Unit testing, carrying out Test cycle rounds and integration/interfaces related build and support activities.
- You possess knowledge and skills in software programming in Oracle PL/SQL and Core Java, JavaScript and XML. Skills and experience in Java Microservices technologies is a plus
- Hands-on experience in designing and deploying Releases, good expertise on source-control tools, taking backups and helping Bank teams prepare release-documentation both on-premise & cloud infrastructure.
- Participate and lead, when needed, the project meetings and solutioning workshops with the Customer
- Track work against timelines and achievements, and delegate/handle with team members also towards their individual work.
- As an engagement lead, be able to conduct a regular cadence of status and coordination calls with the multi-functional Oracle team; identify when additional services or viewpoints are needed and proactively engage additional resources; regularly gather and report status including action items, issues, and blockers; actively work to resolve issues and maintain forward progress, intensifying early; facilitate and inspire an environm
