**What will you do**
- Develop a strategic plan of categories with the main customers, ensuring the best recommendation for the category worked, with the objective of developing it in terms of volume, value and productivity, as well as operational improvements (logistics, financial and supply) and all relationships with retail in all retail environments.
- Support internal decisions with the Marketing and Sales team based on the perspective of category analysis, skus productivity, shopper studies, etc.
- Update planogram strategies based on market research and customer data to align with category strategies.
- Support the entire sales force in the implementation of planograms at the points of sale by training sales executives, our customers and merchandising managers to achieve the best execution of previously designed sales strategies.
- Conduct training on category management for clients in order to share knowledge/influence our clients.
- Performs other duties assigned to it.
- Complies with all policies and standards.

**Required qualifications**
- Higher in process of completing or complete in Marketing or similar.
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Experience in a similar position.
- Nielsen/Dunnhumb/IQVIA/Symphony.
- Upper Intermediate English.
