**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

TripIt is looking for **Senior Android Developer** to help build next-generation TripIt app for Android. Are you an awesome mobile engineer passionate about developing world class apps that affects millions of users lives every day? Do you love the challenge of developing apps at scale? Then come join our TripIt mobile team. As a mobile engineer, you will innovate, design and develop mobile solutions for TripIt working on large, complex technical projects under mínimal direction.

**THE VALUE YOU DELIVER**
- Be a pioneer of mobile innovation and latest mobile technologies, working towards bleeding edge mobile technologies.
- Work in all development phases and pro-actively identify ways to make TripIt more robust, scalable, and user-friendly.
- Work with fellow mobile engineers to collaborate and share best practices, suggest innovations and improvements on architecture and processes.
**POSITION REQUIREMENTS**:
REQUIRED:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree or equivalent in a technology related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) required.
- Strong experience with native mobile development on Android SDK using Java or Kotlin.
- Experience with at least one production App in Google Play Store.

DESIRED:

- Experience working on Unit testing, Dependency Injection, Gradle scripts etc.
- Experience with mobile accessibility.
- Familiarity with Mobile Security / Encryption and other security solutions.
- Familiarity with web technologies such as REST, OAUTH2, SAML, GraphQL etc.
- Experience in Travel Technology or consumer facing apps is a huge plus.
