**PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE**
**EXPECTATIONS AND TASK**
The Data Services Consultant will:
- Manage a portfolio of clients and work with each client to craft a reporting strategy;
- Recommend best practice reports for specific client profiles, industries, or use cases;
- Gather business requirements, translate those business requirements into a design, write the reports or dashboards;
- Work with the clients to distribute the results throughout their companies;
- Conduct trainings for clients who wish to learn how to use Cognos or learn more about the data model of the Concur solutions;
- Constantly empathize with our customers and call them whenever necessary;
- Effectively manage expectations that are set with customers;
- Collaborate across teams to provide the best customer experience.
**REQUIREMENT**
- Bachelor’s or Associates degree in a technical field (completed or in course);
- Knowledge in IT related areas, including BI solutions.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Spanish is a plus;
- Familiarity with customer service and support for software or other IT products;
- Analysis and troubleshooting skills;
- System testing and product evaluation skills;
- Be a team player that is both eager to learn and to teach others;
- Ability to adapt to changing working conditions and assignments.
**NICE TO HAVE**
- Database, SQL and IBM Cognos skills;
- Functional knowledge of SAP Concur Solutions.
