AGT Sales Manager duties and responsibilities include:
- Selling cybersecurity products and services using solid arguments to prospective new customers
- Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers (Up-sales and Cross sales)
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence in the region requested
Job brief
We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage enterprise customer prospects. Promote cybersecurity solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth of AGT in the region requested.
**Responsibilities**:
- Present, promote and sell cybersecurity products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to new customer leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, etc.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with presales team members and other departments in AGT
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Representative
- Excellent knowledge of IT and Cybersecurity
- Familiarity with CRM (Odoo) practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Bachelor’s degree in business / systems or an IT related field
- Strong business sense and IT industry expertise
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience
- Intermediate (B2) level of English Benefits
- Fixed salary (annual contract of 12 salaries) plus variable compensation (quarterly)
- Medical coverage for trips outside the country of origin (in case of trips for training or commercial events with clients)
**Local medical insurance or public health coverage in the country of origin is not included - Remote work (75% home office) with availability to travel to visit clients in the region requested
