**About the position**

**Main challenges**
- Administer and optimize Google Workspace.
- Lead the help center and user support activities, including user incidents.
- Maintain the end-user devices lifecycle, from provisioning to decommissioning.
- Design and implement IT automations and workflows using low-code platforms.
- Support and maintain integrations across internal platforms.
- Provide Tier 2 support for our BPM system.
- Assist in provisioning, configuration, and support of end-user equipment.
- Collaborate closely with Cybersecurity and Compliance teams to ensure secure IT operations.
- Support the compliance team in the 3rd party vendor management processes.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Experience with Google Workspace administration.
- Experience with user support through a ticketing system, i.e. help center.
- Experience with end-user systems lifecycle, from provisioning to decommission.
- Familiarity with scripting in shell and Python.
- Familiarity with low-code automation platforms, JSON and XML transformation.
- Collaborative and organized, with strong communication skills.
- Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency.

**Differentials**
- Knowledge of ITIL framework.
- Knowledge of PCI DSS 4.0 and SOC 2 frameworks.
- Experience with JumpCloud MDM.
- Experience with low-code middleware tools such as n8n.
- Know how to deploy and maintain containers.
- Full English proficiency.
