**Your mission**:
**Responsibilities & Duties**

Lead the assessment, mapping and discovery phases of a major project, stating epics and breaking them into stories that will be developed by the technical team;
**Work with Data oriented squads and with client’s teams, guaranteeing the proper technical development of the desired data **artifacts.**

Oversee the development, prototyping and testing of various algorithms on multiple data sets.

Advance team’s knowledge of Advanced Analytics and Data Science, by providing training, documentation and other assistance needed

Develop and/or implement tools for data acquisition, extraction, transformation, management, and manipulation of large and complex data sets.

Provide technical leadership to the Team Squads supporting big data/data science initiatives.

Develop relationships with external data and analytics vendors and interact with them as needed.Keep abreast of new technologies and methodologies applicable to big data project

**Languages**:

- Advanced conversational English is essential as you will be dealing with global teams

**Requirements**:
7+ years’ experience in developing/delivering data projects that require data mining, predictive modeling, machine learning, statistical modeling, large scale data acquisition, transformation and cleaning

Track record of leading and collaborating on strategic initiatives.

Ability to collaborate with people at all levels and with multi-office/region teams.

Must thrive in a fast paced environment and be able to work independently.

Strategic consulting experience a plus

Strong data wrangling, exploration, and visualization skills

Strong Python programming skills in developing large-scale production-ready machine learning models

Solid knowledge of supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning machine learning algorithms such as classifier, cluster analysis, dimension reduction, regression, CNN, RNN, DQN, GAN, GNN, temporal difference methods, sequence modeling, word/doc embeddings, collaborative filtering, self-attention mechanisms, transformers, etcHighly proficient in using cloud data science tools on GCP, AWS, Azure, or Databricks
