About the Team
The team is responsible for managing a variety of operations strategy initiatives and projects. You will have an immediate impact on TikTok Shop operations team; Improving productivity via streamlining initiatives, overseeing key strategic projects and facilitating efficient operations strategy.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Building close relationships with all cross-functional partners to understand respective business units and priorities;
2. Identify new/existing opportunities to improve operational strategies, drive efficiency and increase productivity, like best practices/ category playbook/ growth strategy;
**3. Knowledge Management**: Providing strong support to knowledge management and facilitating internal sharing;
**4. Manage strategic business initiatives and projects**: Define objectives and goals, Build a roadmap of key deliverables, Implement effective mechanisms to keep project on track, Assist with the preparation and dissemination of communications;
5. Assist and consult with Business Leaders and cross functional partners in decision-making, implementation, and collaboration on different topics;
6. Support and manage key work streams to improve organizational and team efficiency such as goal-setting, supporting cross functional collaboration mechanisms (such as workflows with E-commerce Governance and Experience teams), access to data/information and standardized reporting.
**Qualifications**:
1. 10+ years of experience in business management, consultancy, change management, or operations strategy;
2. Proven ability in owning projects from inception to implementation, experience managing or working within cross-functional teams;
3. Ability to influence at a senior-level;
4. Self-starter, rapid learner and able to navigate ambiguous work environments;
5. Exceptional verbal and written communications skills, fluent in English;
6. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, excellent prioritization skills;
7. Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and strong in problem solving.
