Position Overview
Responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to drive the SIRVA’s Customer Supply Chain organization towards the goal of delivering superior service, achieving customer intimacy and delivering value to both SIRVA and its customers. Responsibilities to include implementing strategy and operations for the Brazil Customer Supply Chain team, establishing and driving efficient practices to optimize and streamline processes to enable proactive intervention and driving behaviors that result in collaborative relationships both externally and internally. The primary goal of this team is to make supply chain a competitive advantage for SIRVA.
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for the input to and implementation of Customer Supply Chain, Customer Collaboration and Customer Intimacy strategies (including Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment) to drive closer value alignment between SIRVA and targeted customers.
- Responsible for leading the Customer Supply Chain Organization on select accounts, which includes direct oversight of multiple Customer Supply Chain managers. This includes accountability for ensuring the delivery of high quality and actionable performance management, talent management, succession planning and team building activities for the direct Customer Supply Chain team.
- Accountable for cultivating strategic supply chain relationships with targeted customers.
- Oversight to the development and delivery of customer scorecards, supply chain performance targets and the continuous improvement process to insure delivery against customer service and performance strategies.
- Build relationships to facilitate knowledge sharing across functions and business units.
- Objectively assess business processes to identify gaps and solutions to improve our customer supply chain and commercialization efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain or related
- 8+ years Business experience with experience in Supply Chain in Brazil
- Strong operational management skills and experience in planning and execution across a variety of products and supply sources. Strong spreadsheet and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing processes, inventory management, warehouse and distribution.
Ability to influence decisions/practices within other SIRVA functions and supply chain practices with customers.
- Power BI knowledge is mandatory for this role
