**Summary**:
The position is to manage the trading team (5 traders) in Sao Paolo, that covers the books of MMTS, FX Spot, FX Options, CPRM and TOTUS, both Onshore and Offshore. Ensure that the InControl monitoring is done diligently, coach the relatively young team, and implement trading strategies in order to achieve a challenging Budget for Sales&Trading. The person will have to manage stakeholders locally and internationally.
**Main Summarized Job Description**:
- Supervision of the Trading Desk activities managing the Interest Rate Swap, Fx Spot, Options and Commodities books;
- Coordination of Trading Desk team activities as an internal provider of competitive prices for Sales Rural Desk and Sales Corporate Desk;
- Administration of exposure related to Interests, Fx Rate, Options and Commodities books;
- Produce financial market analysis with the goal of generating relevant information to all the areas of the bank.
**Requirements/ Prerequisite (Graduation, Experience, Expertise and Skills)**
- Full graduation in some related field;
- Experience with bank treasury routines;
- Good skills in maths;
- Good relationship with competitors financial companies;
- Good skills with computer systems;
- Fluent English;
- Good knowledge in financial market derivatives;
- Good knowledge in the local financial market.
