**Creative Planner**
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop brand and campaign strategies that align with business objectives and resonate with diverse customer segments
- Partner with creatives to shape and evolve ideas from concept through to execution
- Work closely with the head of creative strategy, designers, copywriters, and media planners to deliver integrated campaign ideas
- Dig deep into culture, trends, and consumer behavior to uncover insights
- Analyze campaign performance data and audience feedback to inform future strategy and creative optimization
- Support senior leadership in brand positioning, go-to-market planning, and long-term strategic initiatives
- Champion customer-centric thinking and innovative approaches across the agency team.
- Present strategies and ideas with impact — bringing clarity, confidence, and inspiration to every room.
Knowledge & Experience
- Experience in brand or communications strategy, with time spent in a top creative or advertising agency a major plus.
- A track record of guiding award-winning creative work
- Sharp understanding of how brands connect with audiences across digital, social, and traditional channels.
- Solid understanding of brand building, campaign development, and integrated marketing communications.
- Natural collaborator who thrives in a fast-moving, creative-first environment.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills to engage both internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
**Preferred Education/Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MA in Strategic Communications, or equivalent) preferred but not required.
- 5-10 years’ experience at a top tier creative agency as a planner or creative director.
- Portfolio of strategic work demonstrating impact on creative development and business outcomes.
