Our client is looking for a PROCUREMENT CONSULTANT to join their team in SÃO PAULO. The individual will focus on. The professional main responsibilities will be developing and implementing the sourcing strategy working close to the global team.

**_Functions:_**
- Support development since the beginning of regional strategy for categories under his/ her responsibilities
- Develop a regional category perspective considering specific realities.
- Work in functional matrix being responsible for managing relationship between different stakeholders, aligning interests and building alliances
- Evaluate provider market and design solutions that follow global guidance
- Build and implement regional plan for his/ her categories, with stakeholders and guarantee alignment with business strategy and global Procurement practices
- Understand the market, providers, technologies, pricing, processes and trends of your category and guarantee performance levels in negotiation and operations’ need in a sustainable manner
- Reduce internal cost for Procurement department through internal improvements - in specifications, processes, performance and innovation
- Use sourcing established by the global Procurement team
- Execute regional sourcing processes
- Prepare presentations and analyses to report procurement regional performance in global and regional meetings.

**_Profile:_**
- Bachelor in engineering, business administration or economics,
- Solid experience in purchase processes (strategic sourcing, negotiation, contract management, etc.) for INFRA, RH and INDIRECTS category
- Good verbal and written communication
- Analytic and quantitative profile
- Strong sense of ethics and compliance
- Ability in prioritizing and Multi-tasking
- Fluency in English and Spanish is a desirable plus.
- Advanced skills in MS/Office (mainly Excel e PowerPoint).
- Experience in ARIBA is desirable
