As a Technical Writer, you will work with our engineering team and be responsible for the technical content experience of our products. The fruits of your work will be the path developers find clear instructions to adopt and deepens the use of the platform without needing unnecessary support.You will be an Edge Computing Promoter in the market and an agent of scalable growth in our company.

As part of the Production Education Team, You will have solid Concepts in technology and Edge computing. you will be our Engineer squads, and will work in synergy with our ux design, Product management, and software engineering team, Promoting contents within the product (in-product/UX Writing), Curating and creating new content and Technical documentation as well as producing videos,Use cases, First Step guides, Etc. Simplifying information for a better experience in learning to our customers, regardless of which products are involved.

We are building our educational area and there is a lot of work to be done.It will be necessary a strong team spirit, sense of virgins and prioritization of demands. Here, you go after the result Are you up for the challenge?

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with docs as code workflow.
- Experience planning, researching, writing, and editing software documentation. excellent skills and grammar, mínimalist documentation design, and effective information architecture.
- Experience in product documentation and ux.
- Previous experience in development teams and Technology products.
- Previous experience in generating Technical documentation and user manual.
- Excellent writing skills for technical content production.
- Graduation in the areas of communication, languages, technology, computer science or other areas of intensive production of content or technology
- Fluent English, conversation reading and writing.

**Desirable Qualifications**:

- Experience or graduation in documentation within the products (ux writing).
- knowledge on git or another console system
- Knowledge in database, markdown, JSON, CSS, HTML
- Knowledge and programming languages and use of APIs and CLIs
- Experience with production of videos and visual content
- Spanish
