**_ Responsibilities:_**
- _ Consult with users, clients, and other technology groups on issues, and recommend programming solutions, install, and support customer exposure systems_
- _ Able to define/propose new infrastructure solution according to Citi’s standards._
- _ Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts_
- _ Identify problems, analyze information, and make evaluative judgements to recommend and implement solutions_
- _ Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision._
- _ Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy._
- _ Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members._
- _ Willing to research new technologies (Container/micro services/api/etc )_

**_ Education:_**
- _ Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience_

**_
Qualifications:_**
- _ Intermediate level experience in Supporting Java Web Applications_
- _ Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication_
- _ Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills_
- _ Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirement_
- _ Team-work / collaborative_
- _ Advanced English (To be checked during the interview)_
- _ Availability for extra hours (releases/support)_
- _ Ownership for projects_

**_
Technical Skills_**
- _ Devops setup toolset (IBM Urban Code/Jenkins/Bitbucket/Team City/Sonar)_
- _ Proven experience as support with one or more of the following: IBM WebSphere Application Server, IBM HTTP Server, Oracle, IBM MQ, Operational Systems (Linux, Windows) toolset _
- _Container Techs: Openshift / Docker / AWS _
- _Basics with one or more of the following languages: Java, SQL, Python, Linux Shell Scripts_
- _ Production support experience (preferable L3, specialist)_
- _ Change request control and management previous experience (coordination of important system _releases/infrastructure_ changes)_

- _ AGILE _framework/methodology_ proven experience_
- _ JIRA_
- _ Oracle_
- _ SQL Server_
- _ Quality tests software design proven experience_
- _ Financial industry knowledge (funds, stocks)_
- _ Taxation knowledge, mainly related to stocks_
- _ Fluent Spanish_
- _ JAVA Spring framework_
- _ Java EE proven knowledge (JMS, JPA and Web Services)_
- _ Micro-services design and implementations using JAVA / Spring Boot_
- _ Docker_
- _ Functional testing automation using Selenium (preferable, or equivalent tool)_
- _ 2-5 years of relevant experience in the Financial Service industry_
