**Key responsabilities**:
Develops new innovative and novel flavors for beverages and sweet goods, or match existing flavors to meet customer project guidelines;
Direct customer interaction - providing technical support to manufacturing, sales, marketing through direct contact, visits, and technical presentations and training;
Effectively communicating at all levels of an organization;
Deep knowledge in microencapsulation process, compounds, alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages;
Able to work independently and in collaboration with other departments involved;
Successfully, manage complex projects and multiple priorities and timelines.

What we value

BS in Chemistry and or an equivalent;
Advanced English;
Experience in flavor creation.
