By joining our team in Exploration & Production Norway you will have the opportunity to:

- Perform cost control, maintain schedule and risks for Insulation, Scaffolding and Surface Treatment (ISS) and Operational Projects (OPP) Portfolio.
- Plan project activities from short to long term and integrate projects and ISS activities plan with masterplan.
- Coordinate logistics of materials to/from offshore and imported/exported materials.
- Follow-up portfolio monthly cost analysis to with Finance and Operations.
- Coordinate Portfolio meetings - DG meetings.
- Ownership of Projects Portfolio Management tool (PPM).
- Support with tasks prioritization among Technical Integrity and Operations Projects.
- Support OPP Work Program and Budget towards partners.
- Support ISS Project Leaders and Company Reps in Pricing format, proposals analysis, comparisons, incentive models and supplier KPIs.

- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Engineering or Economics.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in total with a minimum 2 years of experience with project control, controlling or planning activities.
- Solid knowledge of finance and planning principles is required.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
- Risk management experience is required.
- Experience from the oil and gas industry, construction or international companies is required. Previous experience with corrosion management and modification project will be positively observed.
- SAP knowledge is desirable.
- Power BI knowledge is desirable.
- Excellent communication and relationship skills in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to handle responsibility and high workloads.
