**Responsabilidades dos gerentes de linha**:
Rastreio de remessas e acuracidade da informação em sistema
**Objetivo principal**:
Garantir o cumprimento das remessas nacionais e internacionais, assim como a informação atualizada em sistema, afim de obter assertividade e qualidade nas Operações.
**Principais tarefas e responsabilidades**
- Reportar todos as remessas do dia para LSP’s;
- Verificar pendências de informações no Maestro/ Tableau e buscar atualização junto aos responsáveis;
- Avaliar se houve ou não corte nas cargas domésticas e lançar os respectivos atrasos no MAESTRO, informado pela LCT e/ou equipe Doméstico.
**Geral**
- Garantir que todas as remessas tenham seu fluxo de rastreabilidade seguido conforme descrito e o POD ocorra corretamente;
- Realizar os treinamentos de reciclagem sempre que solicitado respeitando os prazos de conclusão;
- Executar ações visando sempre alcançar a meta estabelecida para Performance da operação.

- Monitoramento de processos Logísticos e Transporte
- Transporte de amostras biológicas e controle de temperature
- Conhecimento relacionado à Pesquisa clínica
**Habilidades e aptidões**
- Boa comunicação e escrita
- Conhecimento básico em pacote Office (Excel, Power Point)
- Habilidade com sistemas operacionais
- Inglês Intermediário
**Experiência**
- Rotinas operacionais de Transporte Logístico
- Monitoramento de Transporte
- Transporte Internacional de carga
- Logística de materiais biológicos
- Experiência em agentes de cargas (courier)
- Experiência com setores relacionados à pesquisa clínica
**Qualificações**
- Ensino básico ou experiência adquirida no setor de Logística
- Ensino Superior Completo em Logística, Comércio Exterior ou correlatos
