**Responsibilities**:

- Lead Customer Education Initiatives - Analyze customer needs, transformation goals, and skills gaps to design targeted learning strategies that enable successful customer transformation, fostering the adoption of new processes, tools and ways of working.
- Design and Develop Learning Experiences - Develop and deliver customer-centric training programs, leveraging instructional design principles to ensure engagement and competence building.
- Curate & Develop Learning Content - Create and maintain diverse learning materials such as training scripts, presentations, interactive guides, video tutorials, and assessments.
- Facilitate Training & Workshops - Conduct interactive training sessions, both online and in-person, ensuring a dynamic and tailored learning experience for diverse audiences.
- Drive Continuous Learning - Collect and analyze feedback, iterating on learning content and delivery approaches to maximize impact.
- Enhance Customer Engagement - Maintain proactive communication with customers, guiding them through their learning journey and ensuring ongoing support.
- Measure & Optimize Success - Monitor the effectiveness of learning programs, track engagement rates, and analyze customer feedback to continuously refine and improve training initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Experience leading customer education initiatives in a high-paced environment with a strong focus on change management and transformation
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute targeted learning strategies that align with overall business objectives
- Understanding of instructional design principles (ADDIE model, learning design thinking) and expertise of translating them into learning and enablement initiatives
- Working with SaaS solutions, customer onboarding, and/or Omnichannel strategy and execution within the pharma industry. (Experience with Veeva or Salesforce CRM is a plus.)
