**Job title**: Recruiting Sourcer

**Comp range**:Avg. $10 USD per hour

**Required**:
- Available a minimum of 10 hours per week
- 2+ years of sourcing only experience or at least 1 year of recruiting/sourcing experience
- Strong research skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Boolean search experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Google Sheets/Excel, messaging tools such as Slack, and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn
- You are consistent in communications and delivery
- You can meet deadlines despite external circumstances
- You are detail-oriented and well-organized
- You thrive in a remote work environment
- You have a GSD (Get Stuff Done) attitude
- You have a FSO (Figure Stuff Out) work ethic
