Fx Projects and Transformation Senior Analyst

The FX Projects and Transformation Analyst is an intermediate level position that will be responsible for working closely with different stakeholders to review the new regulations and processes and guarantee they will be implemented as expected. Will also be responsible to review and conduct tests with the operational teams before the implementation of the projects. **Responsibilities**: - Understand the actual state of the processing steps and propose new solutions/models to be implemented - Monitoring, measuring and providing feedback on process performance Utilize Agile Methodology to engage the proper stakeholders - Focal point for building the user stories related to projects - Review the processes and bring new ideas - Perform the tracking of the iniatives, provide status and follow up´s - Create dashboards - Support senior management to drive the strategy execution through designing new business models and support change management - Utilize data analysis tools and methodologies to make recommendations to senior management to support process improvement - Work with local, regional and global teams - Design and analyze complex reports to support/control activities and make recommendations based on identified trends and facts - Create and execute tests in the new platforms/systems, engage the operational teams and work closely to review the results before implementing in production - Interpret data and recommend the launch of new products/ services or upgraded platforms that support pre-settlement processes and transaction capture functions - Minimize bank risk, and provide solutions to reduce errors, and ensure adherence to audit and control policies - Manage, escalate and resolve all requests / inquiries / issues / errors and identify policy gaps and formulate policies to streamline processes - Provide informal guidance and/or on-the-job-training to new team members**Qualifications**: - 2-5 years of experience in a related role - Relevant Degree or equivalent industry experience preferred - Demonstrated project management skills - Sharp business focus, demonstrating innovative approaches - Highly developed Collaboration / Partnering skills - Ability to work under pressure and manage to deadlines - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication - Attention to detail and intermediate problem solving skills - Knowledge in Agile Methodologyy - Fluent in English - Knowledge in FX regulation **Education**: - Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience preferred Knowledge of Foreign Exchange(FX) Products - Knowledge of bank accounting - Fluent English language written and verbal - Flexibility and organization to work with tight dead lines - Self-motivation and the ability to take initiative to identify potential risks and areas of opportunity - Result Oriented - High level of accuracy and attention to detail while demonstrating excellent communication skills - Excellent team working - Energetic, enthusiastic, positive and proactive - Higher education(Bachelor´s degree), MBA /Pos is a plus - **Job Family Group**: Operations - Transaction Services - **Job Family**: Transaction Capture Services - **Time Type**: Full timeCiti is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
