We are seeking a highly motivated and specialized professional to join Aon. This role is important to supporting Aon’s growth strategy in the sugar and ethanol sector, with a strong focus on growing our presence and revenue through strategic partnerships and client delivery quality.

**What the day will look like**

Lead and support initiatives to scale revenue in collaboration with the C&S team.

Handle and grow relationships with key clients.

Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Act as a strategic partner to clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and client happiness.

Supply to the development of a specialized team, encouraging a culture of perfection and innovation.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**

Confirmed experience in client relationship management, business development, or consulting—preferably in agribusiness or industrial sectors..

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively across teams and prioritize multiple customers.

Strategic mentality with a hands-on approach to execution.
