**Job Description**:
The Demand Generation Specialist at Metal Toad is responsible for identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers (Leads) to create a robust sales pipeline. This role is essential in driving our growth by generating high-quality leads that align with our business objectives.
Mission
To identify, qualify, and develop leads through strategic outreach and targeted marketing efforts, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality prospects that align with the company's sales objectives and growth targets.Head of Sales. This role reports to the Director of Operations.
Outcomes
- Lead Generation and Qualification- Research and qualify leads:_ _Research and identify potential leads through various channels including social media and online reasearch. Qualify leads based on defined criteria to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Outreach and Engagement.- Engagement: Develop and maintain a lead nurturing process to engage prospects and guide them through the sales funnel.
- Pipeline Management- Organize: Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and ensure timely follow-ups to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Hubspot: Use HubSpot to track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes.
- Collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams: Understand target markets and develop strategies to generate leads that meet these criteria.
- Collaborate with the marketing team: To align lead generation efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Data Management and Reporting- Hygiene: Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained in the CRM.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation metrics and performance against targets.
- Continuous Improvement- Stay tuned: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in lead generation.
- Process improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to the lead generation process based on data analysis and feedback.
