**Description du poste**:
You will join **Credit Agricole CIB Brazil **as an Assistant to the local Chief of Staff **.**
The **Chief of Staff **works under the supervision of the Senior Country Officer (SCO). On specific projects, he can also liaise with the Chief Operating Officer (COO). You will support the Chief of Staff with specific projects associated with Crédit Agricole CIB's development plan.
**Your concrete missions will be the following**:
- On the Medium Term plan and development strategy:
- To **follow regularly the commercial development**:
- To **develop indicators **and enrich commercial dashboards
- To **build and enrich a set of data **detailing the Bank's strategic target per product line, portfolio, client...
- Regarding energy transition management and initiatives:
- To **provide support to Front Office **in their effort to advise and drive their sensitive customers towards the energy transition in accordance with Credit Agricole Group's ESG Department's guidelines
- To **map the social-environmental risks **and provide detailed analysis of customer programs
- Communication:
- To **contribute to the Communication strategy of the Bank, **both internal and external
- To **build and update regularly a set of communication supports **(both document and media format) in relation with Head Office specialists
- To p **articipate in the preparation of the Client event **scheduled in 2025
**To be eligible for a VIE**:
- Be less than 29 years old
- Be postgraduate of a Master degreeBe an EU citizen
