Product Tech Specialist

**What you will do?**
Product Tech Specialist is role focuses on managing the products in offer at ada, throughout its life cycle. Product Tech Specialist assist the Product Managers and Business Development teams, ensure companies produce the right product at the right time to maximize their commercial value.
They work on the technical development of products, identify business opportunities for products, establish strategies, and maintain awareness on competing products in the market and region.
- Fully responsible for eliciting and documenting detailed technical requirements by collecting, analysing and summarizing information and trends
- Holds requirement gathering sessions, captures meeting minutes, documents clear and concise requirements, follows up on action items and is accountable for requirements documentation
- Collaborates closely with product, development and testing teams throughout sprints to ensure technical feasibility, requirements are understood by all parties and development is aligned
- Works closely with key stakeholders to deliver product, project specifications and changes
- Determine product or project objectives by studying processes and functions; gathering information
- Maintaining close relationship with external vendors & client throughout the project life cycle to achieve business goals
- Conduct financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning for the various products and projects
- Conduct product/project demos to internal users & external clients
- Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
**What skills and experience you will need?**
- 2-4 years’ experience in working as an IT Business Analyst in an environment with challenging timeframes and deliverables
- A recognized Degree or a Degree equivalent professional qualification
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Excellent analytical skills proactive, independent and able to work in a face paced environment with all levels of management
- Experience with exposure to the full project life cycle, from inception to user acceptance testing
- Experience in software engineering will be an added advantage
- Ability to learn a new domain
