**DESCRIÇÃO DA VAGA**:
**The company**:
We are an investment startup with teams distributed across the globe, including Brazil, UK, and Australia. We’re looking for a Financial Accountant to be part of our journey to empower ambitious investors with an immersive experience.

**Essential Functions and Responsibilities**
- Manage the day-to-day bookkeeping and bank accounts for the Brazil legal entity including record keeping, provision of information to our external accounting partner, cash flow requirements, and ensuring compliance with key deadlines;
- Manage our external outsourced accounting partner in Brazil to ensure payroll, tax, and reporting requirements are met in a timely manner;
- Support wider financial accounting processes across the group such as month end close for different legal entities (journal entries, prepayments, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations);
- Own the Accounts Payable process end to end globally, ensuring suppliers and employees are paid on time;
- Manage the employee expense reimbursement process;
- Manage company cards, including issuance of cards and ensuring receipts are retained appropriately;
- Be responsible for ensuring that company expenditure is in line with company policies and our control framework;
- Input into the design of effective controls and policies related to company expenditure;
- Actively seek to improve processes, drive efficiency and create a better experience for employees and external stakeholders related to company expenditure;
- Perform bank reconciliations across group entities;
- Maintain key management reporting dashboards such as reporting of cash across the group and the management P&L for our Brazil legal entity.

**REQUISITOS DA VAGA**:
**Requirements**:

- A qualified accountant CRC/CFC (or equivalent) or studying towards is preferable;
- You have Accounts Payable experience or have worked in international shared services;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Excellent stakeholder management;
- Ability to solve problems in a structured and proactive manner;
- Desire to continuously improve and make processes more efficient;
- Advanced English - you will have stakeholders across AU, UK, and Brazil.
