Senior Test Automation Analyst, Brazil

Join our dynamic product development team dedicated to enhancing and maintaining cutting-edge software solutions in the mining and material movement sectors. We are seeking a Senior Test Analyst with a strong technical background to help elevate our quality assurance practices. You'll play a vital role in creating business-critical capabilities while reporting directly to the Director of Software Development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safety First: Ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team. Actively contribute to workplace health and safety initiatives.
- Testing Excellence:

- Collaborate with product management and developers to define and refine requirements and test cases.
- Create, maintain, and review comprehensive test cases and plans for evolving software products.
- Ensure full traceability between tests and product requirements, providing reports on test coverage.
- Development Contributions:

- Analyze existing implementations to create effective test scenarios.
- Design and implement automated tests using our existing framework.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Technical Leadership:

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality within the development team.
- Mentor team members and identify opportunities for process and product enhancements through automation.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Programming Proficiency: Strong skills in Python and at least one other programming language (C++ experience is a plus).
- Automation Expertise: Familiarity with BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) for test automation.
- Complex Systems Knowledge: Experience with systems that include edge and cloud computing, as well as sensor processing.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze system requirements and develop effective testing strategies and test cases.
- Passion for Quality: A commitment to delivering high-quality products and solving complex problems in a collaborative environment.

**English required.**

You will have to work closely with clients.
