**Role Definition**

Join the Global Machine Pricing (GMP) team as a Business Intelligence Analyst. Collaborate with business partners to identify analytical needs and develop solutions. Utilize data to create visuals and automate manual processes that empower organizational leaders to make better and more informed decisions. Provide consultation for analytics across GMP.

**What You will Do**
- Contribute to multi-person analytics team within Global Machine Pricing (GMP)
- Work with business partners to understand analytics needs and devise appropriate solution (ex: dashboard, one-time report, automated report, etc.)
- Partner with analytics team members and/or act as a project lead on complex and visible projects
- Locate and obtain data from various internal sources
- Create and improve visual reports using PowerBI and Snowflake SQL
- Develop tools to automate manual reports and processes
- Create technical specifications and requirements in support of work

**What You Have**
- **Accuracy and Attention to Detail**: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
- **Business Data Analysis**:Knowledge of business data analysis; ability to collect, identify, analyze and interpret business data using various kinds of techniques to meet business needs and requirements.
- **Requirements Analysis**: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.
- Bachelor Degree
- Advanced English
- Technical background using datasets in SQL
- Experience creating visuals in PowerBI
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain work to business partners with limited data knowledge
- Experience working in an ambiguous environment with unclear expectations, changing requirements, and conflict
- Experience with project management concepts including project charters, scheduling and planning projects and successful completion
- 2+ years of business insights and automation related experience preferred
