Video Reviewer

**Responsibilities**:
1. Perform the Services for Company’s social media platforms and product lines, including screening and tagging live streaming by following the rules and policies provided by Company for each platform, product line, and language (“Community Guidelines”), including Kuaishou live streaming moderation and anchors tagging

2. Analyze and summarize the problems found during the video review process;
3. Working hours: local time 9:00-18:00, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, 2 days off;
4. Complete other tasks delivered by superiors on time;
**QA Responsibility**:
1. Ensure the effective implementation rate of quality inspection reaches 100%;
2. Familiar with the policy playbook rules and have a good understanding of the video content, and have the ability to combine the rules and different cases for content analysis;
3. Output quality inspection reports, summarize problems, and report important accidents in a timely and clear manner;
4. Participate calibration meeting will be held once a week to communicate with all QAs to ensure the consistency of QA evaluation;
**Moderators**:
1. At least 120-150 anchors reviews/day;
2. Accuracy rate above 95% ;

**Requirements**:
1. Native speakers of Brazilian Portuguese or Urdu (Brazil & Pakistan); At least one year of experience in content moderation roles is highly preferred; 1. Legal working age and above 20 years of age is preferred;
2. Excellent English speaking and listening skills good understanding of national culture and specific languages;
3. Strong content understanding ability; excellent typing speed and communication skills; ability to multi-task and handle stressful situations;
4. Home office, have good internet access and computer skills;
5. Assessment passing grade over 80 points - This may include a content moderation understanding test which can consist of a verbal or sample-driven test

Pay: R$2,000.00 - R$4,000.00 per month
