As Scrum Master you will beable to combine your deep interest in technology with acustomer and upstream mindset to secure we deliver quality assured solutions for GTO Europe &Brazil Manufacturing and GTO Powertrain Production. You will be responsible for the solutions' full life-cyclesand services in both run-ti me and one-ti me; you will also work together with the Delivery Manager to implement both strategicand tacti cal plans for the Production and Quality solutions with in the portfolios as well as planning for the deliveries and maintenance of thessolutions. **Main responsibilities**: **Your main activities and responsibilities**: - Build open, honest and collaborative mindset with in the team, business, partners/suppliers, IT stakeholders to secure efficient delivery of runtime and onetime of assigned solutions; - Secure team to accomplish flow, focus on creating high-value increments meeting agreed Definiti on of Done; - Ensuring that all agreed agile events take place and are positive and productive; - Act as a mentor and coach for colleague, give support, feedback and recognition related to delivery and performance, introduce new team members; - Educate the team in Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), Kanban or any other agile methods needed to increase the teams performance; - Secure competence needs, capacity planning for delivery and prepare/follow-up budget; - Secure work prioritization and distribution within the team and coordinate team’s activities; - Responsible for setting up IT support organization capable to fulfill SLA; - Supplier Management; - Initiate, support, drive and implement continuous improvement activities; - Establish guidelines and work instructions when applicable; - Plan time for training and development for team members within in the team’s delivery assignment; - Report on agreed KPI’s; - Support Line Manager in the assessment of team members. **Requirements and skills**: **Who are you?** - A team player with a positive mindset, curious and an experienced Full Stack Developer or System Analyst with the willingness to develop your career as Scrum Master; - You are passionate and strong focus on Software Engineering, spread energy, is a self-learner and teach with happiness; - Excellent communicator and have great negotiation skills; you feel comfortable securing deliveries also with Volvo purchasing area and IT suppliers; - You can smoothly navigate through technical language such as C#/.Net development, relational databases, SQL, Azure, Cloud, DevSecOps, microservices, whereas you can talk business; - You might have Industry 4.0 knowledge and SAFe Scrum Master certification, which will be considered a plus. **Education**: - Advanced English and Portuguese, both written and spoken; - Relevant university degree in IT. **Additional information**: **Benefícios Volvo**: - VOAM - Volvo Odontologia e Assistência Médica (*1) é o plano de saúde da Volvo para funcionários e dependentes.
