Buscamos por um Analista de Compliance Sênior, que será responsável por adotar a metodologia de Prevenção à Lavagem de Dinheiro e do Combate à Corrupção, ao Financiamento do Terrorismo e a Proliferação de Armas de Destruição em Massa (PLD-FTP) para aceitação de clientes (KYC), de fornecedores (KYS) e de parceiros de negócios (KYP), bem como realizar a respectiva atualização cadastral conforme classificação de risco (AIR).

**Responsibilities**:

- Realizar pesquisas de KYC, KYS e KYP através da metodologia de PLD-FTP;
- Identificar situações que extrapolem os padrões e apetite ao risco para manutenção de relacionamento;
- Elaborar pareceres visando identificar e comunicar aos órgãos competentes às situações suspeitas que possam configurar crimes financeiros.

Qualifications:

- Possuir boa comunicação em língua Portuguesa;
- Disponibilidade para trabalho diurno;
- Conhecimento do Pacote Office;
- É desejável conhecer produtos financeiros, especialmente relacionado a Câmbio, Fundos de Investimento, Ações, Derivativos e Commodities;
- Diferenciais:_
- Inglês
- Profissionais com certificação ABT1/ABT2 (ABRACAM) e/ou certificação PQO Compliance (ANCORD).
- Possuir muita vontade de aprender;
- Ser comunicativo e responsável.

**Ambiente de trabalho**:

- Escritório localizado em São Paulo (Itaim Bibi)
- Híbrido (4x/semana presencial e 1x/semana remoto)
