Business Intelligence Manager

Directs the strategic design, management, and implementation of an enterprise-wide business analytics programs to drive customer satisfaction, service innovation and profitability.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Overseeing data integration, data analytics, and predictive modeling processes to meet business requirements.
- Leading the research, development and implementation of new and emerging analytics technologies; identifying technology-based business opportunities.
- Implementing mechanisms for ensuring that information provided is accurate, meaningful, has integrity, and caters to the needs of the decision makers.
- Directing, motivating, developing and managing the performance of the management team and key staff.

Educational Requirements
- University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience
- 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred

Physical Requirements
- Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work
