Manages day to day activity of process and people

Act as a back up to team members

Assists with any issues staff may have by providing leadership, direction, and effective feedback.

Alignment with Customer Service Manager providing feedback, follow-up and adequate solution regarding KPI and issues related with booking desk spot

Compiles work volume statistics for the purpose of determining workflow procedures, work schedules, and expediting workflow.

Identifies bottlenecks and with the CS Manager creates action plans, schedules retraining when required.

Inspire and coordinate booking team to check every single booking to find any mistake as per agreements, and stablish definitive solution

Work on root cause of problems to avoid reoccurrence of mistakes

Ensure all bookings are handled into ZIM’s System in a timely manner, according to predefined SLA and procedures in place

Management of rolling, amending and/or cancelling bookings in order to determine allocation of cargo and fully utilize capacity of each ship.

Coordinate to keep the KPI of confirming all booking received via e-commerce platforms within 2 hours

**Requirements**:

- Excellency in Customer Service
- Languages: Advanced English Level
- Office 365 mainly excel, word and power point
- University degree International trade, logistics or related areas
