Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business or comparable education/experience
- 6+ years of direct digital marketing at a brand in the e-commerce or consumer marketing space (or similar)
- 6+ years of executing effective multi-channel campaigns with a high level of comfort with the tools and techniques of digital marketing.
- 6+ years of marketing analytics and reporting including acquiring and organizing data, as well as direct experience working with large data sets and complex analyses
- 6+ years of budget and forecasting planning and optimization
- Fluency in verbal and written communications in English and Portuguese

Job summary
We are looking for a strategic, creative marketing manager to build and execute the marketing efforts for Amazon Devices. This role will be responsible for Devices marketing programs, driving awareness and demand.

In this role you will help to develop and execute marketing communications programs, including both online and offline branding content. You will also be responsible for operational marketing tasks, keeping in mind our needs, strategy and the overall customer experience. Your daily responsibility will include working closely with our agency and partners, and internal teams such as marketing, merchandising and PR. In parallel, you will also utilize exceptional analytical and project management skills to help develop pre/post-campaign tests, as well as analyzing results and interpreting data afterwards.

- Ability to work with marketing automation tools to develop and execute paid marketing campaigns
- Experience in a metric-based performance environment, where you demonstrated your ability to problem solve through a combination of art (creative ideas) and science (measurable outcomes).
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute to get the job done and thinking big at the same time
- Exemplary ability to think strategically and identify and resolve problems
- Comfortable working across multiple simultaneous assignments and operating autonomously
- Strong analytical and technical marketing skills with the agility to understand and communicate the relationship between results and business outcomes
- Strong attention to detail with a collaborative nature
