Senior SAP Order to Cash Functional Specialist

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP Order to Cash processes.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure SAP modules to meet business requirements and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
- Provide expert advice regarding SAP OTC processes, including order management, pricing, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
- Provides expertise for the sake of estimating and budgeting.
- Ensure the quality of software changes by thorough and complete documentation and testing.
- Conduct user training and support during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP OTC processes.
- Stay up to date with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to continuously improve system performance and business processes.
- Evaluates new SAP technologies, introduces best practice and process improvement ideas.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their SAP knowledge and skills.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP Order to Cash processes.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with both SAP ECC and S/4HANA systems.
- Proven experience in configuring and implementing SAP OTC and billing modules.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proven experience in prioritizing work and coordinating multiple work assignments in parallel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders and team members.
- Experience working on a global, multi-cultural team.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- SAP certification in OTC or related modules.
- Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules such as SD, MM, and FI.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud and SAP BTP.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
- Experience with OTC related EDI solutions.
