**About the Position**
At least 1-2 years experience in actual work experience in building maintenance.
Can performs general maintenance, monitoring, corrective and preventive maintenance of facilities equipments as scheduled.
Responsible in inspecting, checking and testing of the facilities equipments.
Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
Physically capable and available to work overtime including weekends, public holidays and evening shift.
Patience and good working behavior
Must be hardworking, honest and responsible.
