**A Hybrid working model**

Once offices are fully open we will be moving to a hybrid working model, which will allow our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. The expectation is that working life at Hogarth will involve working from the office for about 50% of the time for most people. **What does an IT Analyst do at Hogarth?**

Our IT Analyst will deal with requests from all Hogarth's departments. On the first line support they will collaborate on the Americas Helpdesk team dealing with requests on levels 1, 2 and 3, and also to projects and improvements within the operations team.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Apple, Windows and Linux administration
- Software installation in Apple environments (OS X, iOS), Windows, Linux
- Formatting and installation of OS Apple, Windows, Linux; (Apple Via Jamf / Windows via InTune/Image)
- Object management in Corporate Active Directory Asset management (equipment, peripherals, cell phones, etc.)
- Opening requests with suppliers (Dell/Xerox/Vivo/Centurylink/Apple/Adobe, etc.)
- Execution of tasks using documentation in English

**Reporting lines and key stakeholders**

This role reports to IT Coordinator (Brazil)

You will work closely with all the other Operations roles, HR team and other members of Hogarth Brazil to support and training.

**Requirements**:

- Strong IT experience
- Degree in Technology (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Networks, and related.)
- Intermediate English Level
- Knowledge in: Apple Mac OS, Windows 10, Windows Server 2012/2016, Linux CentOs; Computer networks/cabling, OSI model, TCP/IP, Optical Fiber; Workstations/Notebooks PC/Apple Mac Hardware; Disk imaging software: Norton Ghost, Windows image backup; Active Directory Management; Data Center Infrastructure;
- Good to Have: knowledge of the Jamf/InTune tools (Microsoft Endpoint).
