**Responsibilities**:

- Address inquiries concerning gaming accounts, promotions, and any technical issues.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback from customers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve customer service quality.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to offer informed support.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in German and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, ideally in the iGaming or online gaming sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with customer support tools and CRMs is an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace a vibrant new lifestyle.
