**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- ****Build, maintain, and improve our React Native app for iOS and Android.
- Collaborate with a team of two senior developers and a Project Manager to implement high-quality features.
- Debug and optimize performance across platforms.
- Integrate complex business logic and multiple backend services.
- Participate in regular code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Occasionally engage with non-technical stakeholders or other departments.

**Tech Stack**
- **Languages & Frameworks**: React Native, TypeScript
- **Data & Storage**: Realm
- **Networking & Services**: gRPC
- **UI/UX Tools**: TanStack
- **Utilities**: HtmlParser
- (Familiarity with native iOS/Android development is a strong plus.)
- 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in React Native.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and mobile performance best practices.
- Comfortable integrating external services and APIs.
- Experience with animations and a solid understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles.
- Independent, self-motivated, and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Bonus: Background or passion for literature, web novels, or online publishing.

**Interview Process**
- **Phone Screening**: Conducted by our recruiter; evaluates communication skills, technical fundamentals, and relevant coding experience.
- **Technical Interview**: A 60-minute session with the engineering lead focused on architecture, mobile-specific challenges, and familiarity with our tech stack.
- **Offer Stage**: Final discussion to review fit, expectations, and compensation. A job offer may be extended during this step.

- Remote-first team. Open to global applicants.
