We're looking for a **Senior Copywriter**to enhance our editorial process on the company's technological SEO blog.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Edit, improve and proofread** materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, correctness and tone.
- **Provide valuable, to-the-point business feedback** of the content and blog posts.
- **Lead and mentor** more junior copywriters, offering feedback and helping their skills flourish.
- **Generate and suggest a lot of new ideas** on the way to improve articles/content.
- **Coordinate and mange the blog**posts editorial process, and copywriters.
- **Develop and execute** high-impact copy for a variety of channels: website, blog, social media, ads, and more.
- **Collaborate** with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, recruitment etc.) to develop cohesive messaging strategies.

**Requirements**:

- **8+ years** of professional copywriting experience, ideally in a creative or publishing agency or fast-paced in-house environment.
- Exceptionally **detail-oriented** with strong **critical, analytical thinking** skills with strong attention to details. (ability to quickly **spot typos** in English texts and write grammatically correct content in an unassisted way)
- An ability to quickly generate a lot of content ideas or ideas for improvements.
- An extensive online **portfolio** of copywriting showcasing a range of styles and mediums.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, **fluent, correct English** is a must.
- Ability to **work independently** and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Experience **mentoring**and/or **leading** more junior writers.

**Nice to have (not required, but a plus)**:

- Essential knowledge of **SEO principles** and content strategy is a strong plus.
- Portfolio containing technology-related/IT-related articles is a strong plus.

Pay: Up to R$8,891.20 per month
