As an internationally distributed software development team, we are hiring:
**Associate Developer**

Developer's work with clients, product managers analysts, architects and engineers to plan, design, develop, test and implement information technology solutions consistent with the business objective. Developers may develop and review requirements, create design documents, write programs, package, test, configure and deploy software. Developers also participate and collaborate with other stakeholder including security, quality assurance, training, project management, engineering, hosting, & procurement when required to assist in other aspects of their projects. Developers at organization are expected to be results-oriented, have knowledge of new and legacy technologies, have knowledge of the relevant platforms and environments, and be familiar with business process, functions and data within their domain to provide innovative, insightful, and secure solutions.

Performs routine assignments in the entry level to a professional job progression. Typically requires a college or university degree or the equivalent work experience that provides knowledge and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts. Develops competence by performing structured work assignments. Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems. Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: Desired BA/BS degree - or equivalent in education and experience.

**Experience**: No previous professional experience is required.

**Fuctional Knowledge**: Requires conceptual knowledge or theories and practices and procedures within a discipline.

**Business Expertise**: Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience.

**Problem Solving**: Be able to use existing procedures to solve standard problems; analyzes information and standard practices to make judgments.

**Interpersonal Skills**:Communication - Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding.
