At Kyndryl, we want you to keep growing, and we’ll provide plenty of opportunities to make that happen.- **Your Role and Responsibilities** - Provide support for the operating system based on Windows/AD/Citrix/Exchange servers, implement configuration of operating system parameters and version levels. These services include providing support for configuring the Windows/AD/Citrix/Exchange operating system and file systems, log files, processes, problem determination, troubleshooting, software, administration tools, utilities and security. **Required Technical and Professional Expertise** - "- Solid understanding of network communication and server-client topology- Skills in the following products and technologies: - Intel hardware products - Intel Virtualization - Microsoft Windows Server - Microsoft Active Directory Services, DNS, DHCP, DFS - VMWare vSphere - Citrix XenApp/XenServer- Be familiar with SAN Storage architecture - Multiple cloud service providers (AWS, Google Gloud, Azure, IBM Cloud) - Performance analysis and troubleshooting Required Professional Skills- Proactivity - Ability to communicate in English (reading and writing) - Collaborative and team work - Clear and concise communication - Fluent english - Scripting Languages (PowerShell, Python, VBScript, Shell Script)" **Preferred Technical and Professional Experience** - Required experiences. - Availability to work during shift hours, on-call and maintenance windows. **Required Education** - Bachelor's Degree **Preferred Education** - Bachelor's Degree **Country/Region** - Brazil **State / Province** - SAO PAULO **City / Township / Village** - Hortolandia - Kyndryl is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
